Behavior Guidelines for Envo Live Streaming
To maintain a positive, safe, and compliant environment for all users, Envo has established the following guidelines for live streamers. These rules are based on relevant laws, community standards, and the Envo Creator Agreement. They apply to all individuals using Envo's live streaming feature, including hosts and co-hosts ("Streamers").
1. Scope of Application
This guideline applies to all streamers using the Envo Live feature, covering actions, speech, on-screen content (such as cover images, stream titles, usernames, avatars, background visuals, and audio), and all forms of expression during live streaming.
2. Streamer Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Authentication Requirements
- Streamers must complete real-name authentication with valid legal identification.
2.2 Age and Residency Requirements
- At present, Envo does not accept minors under the age of 18 or non-residents of supported jurisdictions as eligible live streamers.
- Attempting to bypass restrictions via technical means is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Blacklist Policy
- Individuals on industry-wide blacklists for violations in the streaming sector are permanently barred from using Envo Live.
3. Content Standards
Streamers are strictly prohibited from broadcasting the following types of content:
3.1 Illegal Content
- Content that violates national laws and regulations
- Endangering national security, inciting subversion, separatism, or undermining unity
- Promoting cults, superstition, or spreading rumors
- Insulting national symbols or defaming historical heroes
- Inciting illegal gatherings, protests, or disturbing public order
3.2 Pornographic, Violent, Gambling, or Drug-Related Content
- Sexual or obscene behavior, nudity, or suggestive actions
- Displaying pornography, prostitution, or sexually implicit advertising
- Promoting gambling, showing gambling tools, sites, or tactics
- Displaying or promoting illegal drugs or substances
3.3 Harassment and Personal Attacks
- Defamation, insults, or threats toward individuals or groups
- Revealing others' private information without consent
- Inciting audience to attack or dox others
- Spreading rumors or violating others' intellectual property
3.4 Harmful, Misleading, or Shocking Content
- Dangerous stunts, self-harm, or harm to others
- Extreme eating, vomiting challenges, animal cruelty
- Pseudoscience, false claims, or medical misinformation
- Broadcasting corpses, surgical procedures, or excessive blood
3.5 Restricted Topics and Regulated Industries
Without appropriate licensing or approvals, the following are not permitted:
- Firearms, explosives, endangered species, or tobacco
- Charitable fundraising or religious content
- News, politics, financial advice, or investment guidance
- Health products, medical treatments, or pharmaceuticals
3.6 Platform-Restricted Content
- Malicious attacks on Envo or dissemination of false platform-related information
- Inducing users to transact outside the platform or provide personal information
- Instructional content promoting abuse of the platform or algorithm manipulation
- Redirection to off-platform traffic for monetization
4. Behavior & Appearance Standards
4.1 Dress Code
Streamers must dress appropriately. The following are not allowed:
- Revealing or suggestive clothing (e.g., lingerie, bikinis, sheer clothing)
- Undergarments or tight bodywear shown on stream
- Imitation of government, military, or law enforcement uniforms
- Inappropriate props or accessories with national symbols in poor context
4.2 Conduct Requirements
Streamers must maintain respectful, civilized behavior. Prohibited actions include:
- Seductive makeup or sexually suggestive gestures
- Sexual role-play, vulgar jokes, or mimicry of sex acts
- Displaying or describing sexual fetishes or preferences
- Encouraging substance use, offensive language, or violent speech
- Broadcasting minors as models or subjects inappropriately
- Advocating distorted values or unhealthy romantic relationships
- Selling or promoting prohibited products or services
5. Enforcement & Penalties
5.1 Violation Severity Levels
Violations are classified into:
- Minor: Unintentional, correctable behavior
- Moderate: Repeat offenses or serious single events
- Major: Impacting platform integrity or involving legal risks
- Critical: Extremely harmful or criminal behavior
5.2 Possible Measures
Based on severity, Envo may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning or content removal
- Feature suspension (live, rewards, chat, comments)
- Temporary or permanent account bans
- Blacklisting from the platform
- Reporting to legal authorities
5.3 Transparency
Envo will notify users of violations and penalties via in-app messages or help center postings, ensuring fairness and due process.
6. Appeals and Reporting
6.1 Appeals Process
Streamers may appeal enforcement decisions by:
- Going to [Settings] → [Appeals & Support] in the Envo App
- Submitting detailed documentation and evidence
- Awaiting resolution within 3–5 business days
6.2 Reporting Misconduct
Users can report violations by clicking the "Report" button in-stream. Reports will be confidential and reviewed promptly. False reporting may lead to penalties.
