Envo Meeting Membership Plan Overview
This guide helps users quickly understand Envo’s meeting membership plans, including plan types, benefits, and usage rules.
I. Membership Plan Introduction
1. Membership Types
Chat Member
Designed for daily communication, collaboration, and voice-based interactions.
After activation, users can freely host voice meetings within the selected meeting size, meeting basic communication and meeting needs.
Premium Member
Designed for professional meeting scenarios such as screen sharing, multi-user interaction, and full-featured meetings.
After activation, users can freely host both voice meetings and advanced meetings within the selected meeting size, supporting professional meetings and team collaboration.
2. Meeting Size Options
Meeting memberships support multiple meeting size options, including 500 / 1000 / 2000 participants.
Within the selected meeting size, meetings can be created with no restrictions on duration or number of sessions.
3. Subscription Duration
- Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days, suitable for short-term or flexible use.
- Annual Plan: Valid for 360 days, ideal for long-term use with better value.
II. Membership Activation & Usage Rules
1. Basic Membership Benefits
After successfully activating a membership plan, users can enjoy the following benefits throughout the membership validity period:
- Free creation of meetings matching the subscribed membership type and meeting size
- Unlimited number of meetings and unlimited meeting duration
- All core benefits remain active throughout the membership period
2. Renewal Rules
- If a user purchases the same membership type and meeting size during the active membership period,
the membership validity will be automatically extended, with no additional action required.
3. Upgrade Rules
(1) Available Upgrade Options
During the active membership period, users may upgrade:
- Membership type: Chat Member → Premium Member
- Meeting size:
- 500 → 1000 / 2000 participants
- 1000 → 2000 participants
(2) Upgrade Price Calculation
Upgrades require payment of the price difference only.
The difference is calculated based on discounted prices using the following formula:
Upgrade Fee = (Daily price of target plan − Daily price of current plan) × Remaining days
This ensures that existing discounts and benefits are preserved after upgrading.
(3) Benefits After Upgrade
- New membership benefits take effect immediately after payment.
- Original membership benefits are terminated simultaneously.
- Membership expiration date remains unchanged and continues to follow the original plan.
- Only the benefit level or meeting size is upgraded.
4. Downgrade Rules
- Downgrades are not supported during an active membership period (e.g., switching to a lower membership type or smaller meeting size).
- Users who wish to purchase a lower-tier plan may do so after the current membership expires.
III. Additional Information
1. Referral Commission Rewards
Users who invite others to successfully purchase a meeting membership may receive Level 1 and Level 2 referral commissions.

2. Benefit Activation & Expiration
- Membership benefits take effect immediately upon successful payment.
- Benefits automatically expire when the membership ends.
- Renewals or upgrades take effect instantly, with no waiting period.
3. Expiration Reminders
The system will send official in-app notifications:
- 7 days before expiration
- On the expiration date
This helps ensure uninterrupted usage.
