📃 User Agreement

Thank you for choosing Envo services. This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and HOLDWIN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., Singapore, regarding the use of Envo services. Before using Envo services, please carefully read this agreement.

1. Service Overview

Envo is an enterprise social platform service provided with technical support from HOLDWIN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. It aims to provide a comprehensive social interaction and digital collaboration experience. By using Envo services, you agree to comply with this agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration and Management

You must provide true and accurate personal information to complete the Envo account registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are accountable for all activities under your account.

Do not use someone else's identity information to register an Envo account, as it may result in legal consequences.

3. User Behavior Guidelines

When using Envo services, you agree to:

Not violate any applicable laws and regulations.

Not engage in any illegal or infringing activities using the Envo platform.

Not post content involving pornography, violence, discrimination, or against social morals.

Not engage in activities that disrupt the normal operation of Envo services, including but not limited to malicious attacks and illegal access.

4. Service Usage Guidelines

Envo services are intended for personal or internal business use and are prohibited for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Do not interfere with, damage, or disrupt the normal operation of Envo services in any way.

Envo reserves the right to adjust or interrupt services based on actual circumstances and is not liable for any resulting consequences.

5. Privacy Protection

For information regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information, please refer to Envo's Privacy Policy for a comprehensive understanding of our privacy practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, icons, and other intellectual property on the Envo platform belong to HOLDWIN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. or respective rights holders. Unauthorized activities such as copying, modifying, or disseminating infringing intellectual property are strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Envo makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Envo is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the services.

8. Changes and Termination of Agreement

Envo reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time and will notify users through the Envo platform. Continuing to use the service after modifications implies acceptance. Users have the right to discontinue using Envo services if they do not agree with the modifications.

Envo reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of services to users based on actual circumstances. Users should cease using the Envo platform after the termination of services.

9. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. In the event of unsuccessful negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration.
