1. Important Statement and Risk Disclosure
Envo Social Circle (“the Platform”) is a decentralized, open social medium designed to provide users with a safe, free, and open space for communication and content creation.
- The content displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to public circles, news, columns, and announcements) may be created by third-party users (including individuals or community accounts) and solely represents their personal opinions — not the official stance of Envo.
- The Platform assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content, opinions, suggestions, or data published by users.
- Users should fully understand the volatility and risks of digital assets before using the Platform. Any tokens, tasks, or rewards mentioned within the Platform do not constitute investment advice.
- Envo reserves the right to issue warnings, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate community rules.
2. Terms of Use
By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and related Community Guidelines.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
- Intellectual Property: All content, interface designs, functional modules, and underlying technologies of the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.
User Rights:
- Publish posts, comment, like, send gifts, and participate in DAO governance or platform proposals.
User Obligations:

3. User Content and Rights
- Users retain ownership of the content (text, images, videos, audio, etc.) they publish on the Platform. However, by posting, users grant Envo and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for display, promotion, and technical optimization purposes.
- Users must ensure that their content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Envo reserves the right to remove, hide, or restrict access to any inappropriate or non-compliant content without prior notice.
4. Compliance and Conduct Guidelines
To maintain a positive community environment, all users must adhere to the following rules:
- Do not post or distribute illegal, violent, pornographic, fraudulent, hateful, or misleading content.
- Do not impersonate others or claim to represent Envo or its affiliates.
- Do not manipulate data (e.g., likes, votes, tasks) through bots, plugins, or other technical means.
- Do not solicit or induce others to follow, tip, invest, or engage in illegal activity.
- Do not compromise the Platform’s security, tamper with data, or spread malicious software.
Users who violate these rules may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned, and Envo reserves the right to pursue further action.
5. Community Governance and Responsibility
- Envo supports a DAO governance model, where certain platform proposals and decisions are determined by user voting.
- Users participating in governance must act independently and fairly, and refrain from manipulation or vote fraud.
- Envo assumes no liability for transactions, interactions, or transfers conducted between users. Each user is solely responsible for their actions and the content they publish.
6. Privacy and Data Security
- Envo is committed to protecting user privacy and will not disclose, sell, or share personal information without consent.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their own private keys, mnemonic phrases, and wallet credentials.
- The Platform is not liable for any asset or data losses caused by user negligence.
7. Disclaimer
- All Platform content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, timeliness, or applicability.
- Envo is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, network delays, cyberattacks, or third-party service disruptions.
- All usage of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.
8. Amendments
- Envo reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines at any time. Updates will be published within the Platform and take effect immediately upon release. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
