Surprise Lucky Box

• Both streamers and viewers can send Surprise Lucky Boxes. There is no limit to the number of Lucky Boxes in a live room. All users in the live room can participate, and rewards are distributed randomly when the box opens.

Interactive Lucky Box

• Only streamers can send Interactive Lucky Boxes. Streamers may set tasks such as: Sending a gift Commenting with a specific keyword Sharing the live stream Other designated interactions。
• Viewers who complete the required task are eligible to claim the rewards.
• Each live room supports one active Interactive Lucky Box at a time.

General Rules

• Each user may participate in Lucky Boxes from up to 1,000 live rooms per day.

• For Lucky Boxes with a countdown, users must remain in the live room when the box opens.

• A Lucky Box will automatically end when: The countdown finishes and rewards are issued All rewards have been claimed The live room ends.

• Unclaimed rewards will be automatically refunded to the sender’s balance within 24 hours after the Lucky Box closes.

• To maintain a fair and healthy interactive environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or account suspension:

• Use of bots, scripts, or third-party cheating tools

• Any form of gambling or fraudulent activity

• Malicious marketing or prohibited inducements
