Envo Live Streaming Usage Agreement

1. Introduction

This agreement ("Agreement") is established between you ("User" or "Streamer") and the Envo platform ("Envo" or "We"), and governs your access to and use of Envo's live streaming features.

By enabling or using the live streaming functionality, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Agreement, Envo's Community Guidelines, Content Moderation Rules, and all other platform policies.

2. Eligibility and Access

2.1 Platform-Authorized Streamers Only

Only authorized streamers designated or approved by the platform may initiate live streams. General users may participate by viewing, gifting, and interacting, but cannot host a live session unless approved.

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access and use the streaming function.

3. Streaming Rules and Technical Parameters

3.1 Duration Limits

Each live stream may last up to 4 hours per session. There is no daily cap on the total streaming time.

3.2 Content Ownership

Streamers retain ownership of their original content. However, by broadcasting on Envo, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, promote, and redistribute your content for moderation and operational purposes.

3.3 Recording & Playback

Envo may record live sessions for safety, moderation, and dispute resolution. Recordings may also be used for highlight extraction, recommendation, or reporting.

4. Gifting and Monetization

4.1 Gift System

Live streamers can receive gifts from viewers. The revenue generated through gifting will follow the same rules as other modules (Meetings, Chats, etc.), and will be reflected in your Envo Wallet.

4.2 Revenue Policy

Gifting income is credited to the streamer's wallet in real time or upon settlement. All revenue is subject to audit, and platform reserves the right to delay or adjust payments in case of suspected fraud or abuse.

4.3 Prohibited Monetization Methods

Users are prohibited from simulating interaction to induce gifting, manipulating task systems, using bots, or creating fraudulent accounts to generate income.

5. Code of Conduct and Content Compliance

5.1 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited in live streams:

• Violence, abuse, terrorism, or criminal incitement
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or suggestive material
• Disinformation, hate speech, racial or political extremism
• Unauthorized promotion of external platforms or tokens
• Gambling or financial fraud
• Violation of any local, regional, or international laws

5.2 Streamer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content broadcasted in your stream, including audio, video, screen shares, or guest commentary. Ignorance of regulations does not exempt liability.

5.3 Reporting Mechanism

Users may report violations through Envo's reporting system. Confirmed violations will be sanctioned accordingly.

6. Penalties and Enforcement

6.1 Violations and Sanctions

Any violation of this Agreement or other platform rules may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of streaming privileges
• Restriction or forfeiture of revenue
• Account freeze or termination
• Removal of content or metrics
• Referral to law enforcement (if applicable)

6.2 Platform Rights

Envo reserves the right to interpret, enforce, and update streaming rules to protect the safety, integrity, and fairness of the ecosystem.

7. Disclaimers and Legal

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Envo shall not be liable for technical issues, revenue losses, or content disputes resulting from user actions, third-party interference, blockchain anomalies, or force majeure.

7.2 Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Envo is registered. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in a court with proper jurisdiction in Envo's legal domicile.

8. Amendments and Final Provisions

8.1 Policy Updates

Envo may revise this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be published on the platform and shall take effect immediately. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed.

8.2 Agreement Validity

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
