📰 Envo Community Code of Conduct

Welcome to Envo! Since its launch, Envo has been dedicated to providing users with a convenient, secure, and transparent Web 3.0 social experience. To further maintain a harmonious community atmosphere and protect the rights of all users, we have updated the "Envo Community Code of Conduct." Any violations will be strictly dealt with to foster a green, safe, and healthy social environment. Please read and comply with the following guidelines:

1. Respect Others

• It is prohibited to insult, defame, or infringe upon the legitimate rights of others.
• Do not post false information that incites hatred, discrimination, or misunderstanding among countries, regions, ethnicities, races, or religions, or that damages public morals.
• Any form of personal attacks or malicious slander is strictly prohibited.

2. Privacy Protection

• It is forbidden to illegally or improperly obtain or share others' private information.
• Strictly prohibit posting personal information or sensitive details such as ID numbers, contact information, home addresses, or photos without consent.

3. Compliance with Laws

• Users must strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations in their location.
• It is prohibited to post illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content, including but not limited to false advertising, pyramid schemes, and scams.

4. Safety and Legality

• It is forbidden to post content that involves terrorism, endangers regional security, promotes violence, incites hatred, or contains explicit violence.
• Strictly ban content related to violence, pornography, drugs, gambling, or other illegal activities.

5. Constructive Discussion

• Actively participate in constructive discussions and exchanges; do not abuse free speech.
• Do not post spam, malicious comments, or inflammatory content, or use malicious tactics to disrupt community discussions.

6. Intellectual Property

• Respect intellectual property rights. Do not post copyrighted content without authorization, including but not limited to piracy, plagiarism, and unauthorized use of trademarks.

7. Anti-Spam

• It is prohibited to post spam, phishing links, viruses, or malicious software.
• Any form of harassment, spamming, malicious marketing, or inducement of likes and shares is strictly forbidden.

8. Reasonable Use

• Use Envo’s features reasonably to communicate and share beneficial content. Abuse, advertising, or spreading spam is prohibited.
• Using bulk accounts, scripts, plugins, or other means to gain points, red envelopes, or platform rewards in a prohibited manner will be severely punished upon discovery.

9. Rewards and Platform Benefits

• Using fake identities, multiple accounts, or malicious operations to participate in platform activities, lotteries, or claim rewards is prohibited.
• Violations involving the illegal acquisition of points, red envelopes, or rewards will be treated as severe violations. Offending accounts will be frozen immediately, and all improper gains may be recovered depending on the circumstances.

10. Reporting Issues

• If you encounter or notice any non-compliant behavior, please report it to the Envo community administrator. Your participation helps maintain a healthy community environment.

11. Social Interaction

• While building connections and friendships with other users, maintain awareness of your own safety. Do not use social relationships for extortion, blackmail, fraud, or other illegal activities.

Violation Penalties

For users who violate these guidelines, Envo will take actions based on the nature and severity of the violation: warnings, function restrictions, temporary bans, or permanent bans. For behaviors involving malicious collection of points, red envelopes, rewards, or damage to the social environment, Envo maintains a "zero tolerance" policy, enforcing strict penalties and, if necessary, pursuing further legal action. Please consider the serious consequences of violating these rules.
