Meeting Access & Ticket Rules
🧾 Deposit Rules
If the meeting does not start within 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the system will automatically cancel the meeting, refund all ticket fees to users, and forfeit 100% of the meeting deposit.
If the meeting ends normally, the platform will automatically refund the deposit within 24 hours after the meeting ends.
If a complaint is filed during the meeting, the platform may partially or fully deduct the deposit based on the final investigation results.
💰 Earnings Rules
- All ticket revenue will be automatically settled to the creator’s in-site asset account within 24 hours after the meeting ends.
- Regular users will receive 50% of the total ticket income (excluding refunded orders) as personal revenue.
- After subscribing to the platform membership, users can receive up to 70% of the ticket revenue. (Coming soon)
- The remaining ticket revenue will be allocated to invitation commissions, leaderboard rewards, token burn, and other scenarios.
🎫 Ticket Purchase Rules
Users may purchase tickets before the meeting starts and within the first 50% of the meeting’s total duration.
Example: For a 1-hour meeting, users can still purchase tickets up to 30 minutes after the meeting starts.
🔁 Refund Rules
If the meeting does not start within 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the system will automatically cancel the meeting and issue a full refund to all ticket holders.
Users can apply for a refund up to 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting start time. Refund applications will not be accepted after this window.
For voluntary refunds, 20% of the ticket price will be deducted as a service fee.
If users encounter abnormal issues during the meeting, they may file a one-time complaint through the “Meeting Complaint” channel. The platform will determine refund eligibility based on the case details.
⚙️ Other Rules
- Once a ticketed meeting is scheduled, its time cannot be modified. Please confirm the schedule carefully before creating the meeting.
