Meeting Access & Ticket Rules

🧾 Deposit Rules

  • If the meeting does not start within 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the system will automatically cancel the meeting, refund all ticket fees to users, and forfeit 100% of the meeting deposit.

  • If the meeting ends normally, the platform will automatically refund the deposit within 24 hours after the meeting ends.

  • If a complaint is filed during the meeting, the platform may partially or fully deduct the deposit based on the final investigation results.

💰 Earnings Rules

  • All ticket earnings will be automatically settled to the creator’s in-app assets account within 24 hours after the meeting ends.

  • Regular users will receive 50% of the total ticket revenue (excluding refunded orders) as personal earnings.

🎫 Ticket Purchase Rules

  • Users may purchase tickets before the meeting starts and within the first 50% of the meeting’s total duration.

  • Example: For a 1-hour meeting, users can still purchase tickets up to 30 minutes after the meeting starts.

🔁 Refund Rules

  • If the meeting does not start within 30 minutes after the scheduled time, the system will automatically cancel the meeting and issue a full refund to all ticket holders.

  • Users can apply for a refund up to 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting start time. Refund applications will not be accepted after this window.

  • For voluntary refunds, 20% of the ticket price will be deducted as a service fee.

  • If users encounter abnormal issues during the meeting, they may file a one-time complaint through the “Meeting Complaint” channel. The platform will determine refund eligibility based on the case details.

⚙️ Other Rules

  • Once a ticketed meeting is scheduled, its time cannot be modified. Please confirm the schedule carefully before creating the meeting.
